Aegis Pulse: A Human-Centered AI Conceptual Framework for Exploring Bystander Trauma Care During the Platinum Ten Minutes
Description
This paper presents Aegis Pulse, a student-led conceptual research framework exploring how human-centered AI and simplified decision-flow interfaces can assist bystanders in emergency trauma situations during the critical “Platinum Ten Minutes.” The study includes a survey-based analysis (N=50) across Algeria, Egypt, and the USA, and proposes a theoretical model combining computer vision concepts, binary triage logic, and user-centered design principles.
