DIABETIK RETINOPATIYANI DAVOLASHDA FENOFIBRAT QO'LLASH EFFEKTIVLIGINI BAHOLASH

Description

Qandli diabet dunyo sog‘liqni saqlash tizimining eng dolzarb muammolaridan biri hisoblanadi. Xalqaro diabet federatsiyasi (IDF Atlas, 2023) ma’lumotlariga ko‘ra, bugungi kunda dunyo bo‘yicha 537 milliondan ortiq inson qandli diabet bilan kasallangan bo‘lib, 2050 yilga borib ushbu ko‘rsatkich 1,3 milliard kishiga yetishi prognoz qilinmoqda. Qandli diabetning eng og‘ir mikroangiopatik asoratlaridan biri diabetik retinopatiya hisoblanadi. Mazkur kasallik mehnatga layoqatli yoshdagi aholi orasida ko‘rish qobiliyatining pasayishi va ko‘rlikning asosiy sabablaridan biri sanaladi. Hozirgi vaqtda diabetik retinopatiyani davolashning asosiy usullaridan biri retinal lazer fotokoagulyatsiya bo‘lib, u asosan kasallikning kechki bosqichlarida qo‘llaniladi. Shu sababli kasallikning progresiyasini erta bosqichlarda to‘xtatish va ko‘rish funksiyalarini saqlab qolishga qaratilgan konservativ davolash usullarini takomillashtirish muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. So‘nggi yillarda fenofibrat preparatining diabetik retinopatiya rivojlanishini sekinlashtirishdagi o‘rni alohida qiziqish uyg‘otmoqda. FIELD (2005) va ACCORD-Eye (2010) tadqiqotlari fenofibratning diabetik retinopatiya progresiyasini kamaytirishdagi ijobiy ta’sirini ko‘rsatgan. Biroq ushbu preparatning mahalliy bemorlardagi klinik samaradorligini baholash masalasi dolzarb bo‘lib qolmoqda.
