General Physical Preparation in Sport and Special Operations Forces
Description
This book presents a practical general physical preparation system developed through more than 30 years of training experience with athletes, military personnel, special operations units, and individuals of different age groups and physical fitness levels.
The method is based on individually regulated training loads and combines strength endurance development, deep muscle activation, flexibility, coordination, stability, and functional movement training. The training system includes structured exercise progression, load regulation principles, and practical conditioning programs designed for physical development and rehabilitation-oriented conditioning.
The methodology can be applied in sport training, military conditioning, post-rehabilitation training, and general physical preparedness development.
