Abstract
This preprint monograph presents a finite-shell ether framework for particles, constants, gravitation, and cosmology. The central thesis is that structure precedes principle: stable existence requires balanced attraction and repulsion, producing elasticity, wave propagation, Bernoulli exchange, relativistic limiting behavior, and finite-shell closure structures. The manuscript develops three hard closures—N₃, R_E = (5/3)ħ/(m_e c), and S = ħ/2—and connects them to Maxwell, Dirac, Pauli, weak-field general relativity, particle scaling, background temperature, constant drift, Hard-BAO, g−2, and other observational tests.
