XOLEDOKOLITIAZDA ENDOSKOPIK RETROPANKREATOXOLANGIOGRAFIYADAN KEYINGI ASORATLAR

Annotatsiya. Ushbu ilmiy maqolada xoledoxolitiaz (umumiy o‘t yo‘lida toshlar) tashxisi bilan o‘tkazilgan retrograd pankreatoxolangiografiya (ERPXG) muolajasidan keyingi asoratlar tahlil qilindi. Farg‘ona viloyat ko‘p tarmoqli tibbiyot markazida 2023-2025 yillarda ERPXG o‘tkazilgan 95 nafar bemorning klinik ma’lumotlari o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, asoratlar 11,6 % hollarda uchrab, ular asosan pankreatit, infeksiya, qon ketish va perforatsiya bilan bog‘liq.
