This paper presents holding within the first system of Kasei-Theory as a non-modal readability maintainability architecture.
The paper does not propose a theory of possession, ownership, storage, control, preservation, completed configurational containment, possession-derived ownership, preservation-derived continuity, storage-derived containment, control-derived regulation, maintainability-derived retention, or transcendental holding order. Instead, it fixes holding, constrained holding, configurational differentiation, local maintainability, unreadability, formal holding, and non-totality as distributed structural positions within constrained local readability maintainability.
Holding is not treated as possession, ownership, preservation, storage, control, or containment, but as constrained holding under which configurational differentiation remains locally maintainable without universal possession, completed preservation, stored continuity, supervisory control, or total configurational closure.

Holding remains fixed only as constrained holding within readability maintainability.
