Description

One of the concepts widely used in modern legal science is mediation. The concept of mediation in English means mediation. In a narrow sense, mediation is a method of alternative - pre-trial resolution of disputes, in which a neutral mediator helps the disputing parties to reach an agreement, but he does not have the right to make a decision on the dispute and advise either party. In a broad sense, mediation means conducting negotiations between the parties, concluding a settlement agreement, and resolving disputes through arbitrators and mediators. The pre-trial resolution of disputes between various entities - peoples, religious communities, and individuals - with the help of mediators has a long history. It is no exaggeration to say that this history begins in the East.
