Description
This dataset includes diagrams of protein–protein interaction networks within BGCs identified in this study, along with the corresponding JSON and Excel files used to generate them. The publish.html file allows users to browse and filter the results interactively. 2437 BGCs labeled as “active” in the MIBiG ver.4.0 dataset were used in this analysis.
