Addendum C to the ECZC Model: Photonic Exclusion

Description

This addendum establishes the ontological status of electromagnetic radiation within the Elevated Complex Zero-Gap Core (ECZC) model. While classical relativity treats the event horizon as a directional trap for photons, the ECZC framework demonstrates that the photon state is structurally precluded from existing inside the core volume. Because electromagnetic propagation requires coupled field oscillations across interstitial space, the complete eradication of spatial gaps at the Planck density removes the physical substrate necessary for light to constitute itself. The holographic membrane thus serves as the "Last Light Surface" where incoming electromagnetic degrees of freedom are fully converted and expelled outward as gravitational radiation, offering a rigorous structural resolution to the black hole information paradox.
