Training and Evaluation Dataset for Automated Dendritic Relabeling of Neural Reconstructions Using Graph Neural Networks

This dataset contains digital pyramidal neuron reconstructions used for the development, training, validation, and testing of the machine learning model for automated dendritic relabelling.  The dataset was used to train and evaluate graph-based machine learning models capable of distinguishing apical dendrites, basal dendrites, and other neural compartments.
