PhenoMe: A User-Friendly Image Analysis Tool for High-Throughput Phenotype Discrimination in Legume Vegetables

PhenoMe is a user-friendly image analysis tool for high-throughput phenotype discrimination in legume vegetables.

The software integrates:
- Image calibration (color and scale)
- Object segmentation (SAM-based)
- Customized trait extraction
- Batch processing workflow

Installation:
Download the installer and run PhenoMeInstaller.exe.

Note:

The SAM model (sam_vit_h_4b8939.pth) is not included in this release due to size and licensing considerations.

Please download it from the official repository:

After downloading, place the file in the same folder as PhenoMe.exe (the installation directory) before running the software.
