PyleoTUPSTutorials: Using PyleoTUPS in your scientific workflows

Updates to the tutorials for the new APIs including in PyleoTUPS. The new APIs create object for NOAA NCEI and PANGAEA separately. Tutorials were added to look at the various search options.

Added science tutorials.
