Description
analyzes the issues of rational use of labor resources in increasing population employment from a scientific, theoretical and practical perspective. It highlights the mechanisms for developing the labor market, creating jobs, increasing human capital, and effectively managing labor resources in the digital economy. Based on the results of the research, practical proposals and recommendations aimed at increasing population employment have been developed.
