Draft hardening package for the c = a + b architecture, covering post-anchor continuity, claim-strength separation, L4 anti-autarky, clean experience value boundaries, Temporal AI Presence, Local Cognitive Infrastructure, SYNAPS triadic experiments, public experiment disclosure, physical-agent perimeter, Anchor Directive Bundle, memorial anti-capture, resource actor grounding, and repository-control hygiene.

This AGI-integrated package contains 14 Markdown documents, 14 academic PDFs, package-level README, INDEX, canonical reading order, release notes, CITATION.cff, package-local MIT LICENSE, machine-readable manifest JSON, and SHA256SUMS.
