CATFISHR: an R package for identification of malignant cells in scRNA-seq cancer data

This archive contains the source code for the CATFISHR R package. The repository includes package functions, documentation, vignettes, example data, and dependency metadata. This archive corresponds to the software package described in the associated manuscript. It does not contain the complete manuscript-specific analysis workflow used to generate all figures and results.
