Black-Hole Singular Cores as Conditional Admissibility Boundaries

This paper argues that the event horizon of a black hole and the singularity at its core have completely different scientific status. The horizon is still part of physics: it has equations, measurable consequences, and a clear causal meaning. The singularity is different: classical general relativity does not describe a real object there, but reaches a breakdown of description. The paper proposes that, unless a future theory gives a complete replacement with equations, numbers, and observable tests, the correct scientific answer for the singular core is Undefined, or Nullity.
