Artifact of the paper: JAX vs Kokkos Performance Comparison: A Magnetohydrodynamic Solver Case Study

This artifact provides the software, configuration files, and execution workflow required to reproduce the experiments presented in the paper “JAX vs Kokkos Performance Comparison: A Magnetohydrodynamic Solver Case Study.” It includes JAX and Kokkos implementations of an MHD solver, along with detailed installation instructions, hardware requirements, and benchmark configurations for CPU and GPU platforms. The artifact enables readers to replicate the experimental setup, execute the different optimization variants, and regenerate the performance measurements discussed in the paper. A lightweight CPU mode is also provided to facilitate validation without access to large-scale HPC systems.
