Description

This is the final dataset analyzed in quazi-experimental pilot study. It contains self-reported measures of Insomnia Severity, Hyperarousal and Difficulties in Emotion Regulation before and after 6week treatment/control condition. The sample consisted of people with chronic insomnia, who received Cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) in treatment group or continued treatment as usual (TAU) in control group. We also provide additional dataset which was used to evaluate potential differences in Insomnia Severity at baseline between participants who completed the study and those who dropped out.
