Overview
This repository contains the complete R pipeline to reproduce Figure 3 (Panels A–E)
from the manuscript:

Mitochondrial Redox Signaling in Dermal Fibroblasts as an Integrating Axis of UVR-Driven Skin Photoaging

The pipeline processes the public scRNA-seq dataset GSE130973 (Solé-Boldo et al. 2020, Commun Biol 3:1–12) to generate:

A)UMAP of all skin cell types (Fibroblast / Keratinocyte / Other)

B)Violin plots: Biogenesis and Quality Control module scores (aged vs young)

C)Pseudo-bulk heatmap: 7-module aging signature across 5 donors

D)Violin plots: all 7 pathway modules (mito competence + stress programs)

E)NicheNet bubble plot: Fibroblast→Keratinocyte ligand–receptor inference

GSE130973 — Human skin dermis full-thickness punch biopsies

5 donors: 2 young (~25–35 yr), 3 aged (~60–70 yr)
