World Cards Observatory: Online Resources for a Public-Corpus Scan of AI Descriptor Evidence

Version v0.15.1 (3 June 2026) republishes the SNCS sent-back correction supplementary package under the same concept DOI.

• Replaces internal placeholder link-sheet text with the stable Zenodo concept DOI for Editorial Manager: 10.5281/zenodo.20527064.
• Updates the bundled resource plan and upload instructions so the archive no longer says that no Zenodo deposit exists.
• Preserves the Online Resources content, exclusion boundaries, article title, author metadata, and CC BY 4.0 licensing from v0.15.

Online Resources 1-4 for the article World Cards Observatory: A Public-Corpus Scan of AI Descriptor Evidence. The packet contains registry, reference, fixture, validation-summary, derived public-corpus, page-log, manifest, scanner, test, runbook, and Phase 2 guardrail materials. It intentionally excludes raw third-party descriptor snapshots, model weights, dataset payloads, repository contents, prompts, comments, telemetry, private/authenticated data, and downstream files from the public sources used in the study.
