Description
This artifact contains the microbenchmarks, measurement data, and execution/plotting scripts used in the paper: “How efficient are the efficient cores? – An experimental evaluation of energy efficiency in asymmetric multicore processors”. It enables reproduction of the experimental results, including performance, power, and energy analysis across different CPU configurations. Detailed instructions are provided for compiling and executing the microbenchmarks, as well as reproducing all the figures from the paper using the pre-collected data. The artifact can be executed using Docker in privileged mode to support energy measurements and CPU frequency control. Alternatively, it can be executed without Docker, provided that the required dependencies are available.
