Jauna mākslas vēstures pētniecības metode Latvijas 17.–18. gadsimta tēlniecības autorības noteikšanai
Description
Submitted version of a Master’s thesis prepared at the Art Academy of Latvia. The study results in the development of a new method based on a quantitative approach for determining the authorship of 17th–18th century sacred sculpture. It enables comparative analysis of sculptures based on 3D model data and statistical methods, allowing the identification of works by the same author, the differentiation of distinct artistic hands, and the evaluation of authorship hypotheses. The validation of the method confirms its functionality and suitability for further use in the study of art-historical artefacts.
This public version does not include all images from the submitted thesis, as some removed images are protected by copyright.
