thebenchmark-certificationlayeroftheVSAG-CMTprogram. Itspurposeisnottoprovecontinuum
convergence,globalmixed-typesolvability,Hausdorffinterfaceconvergence,orphysicalpropagation
laws. Instead, itgivesaformal calculusthatturnsrawbenchmarkoutputs intotyped,auditable,
downgrade-safeclaimrecords.TheconstructionbuildsontheVSAGfoundationpapers [1,2,3,4,5]
andonVSAG-CMTI–IV[6,7,8,9].Thecentralarchitectureconsistsoftypedclaimfamilies,bottom
claims, requiredrecords, availablerecords, upward-closedblockedsets, vectorchecking,maximal
allowedclaimsets,downgradeledgers,andreproducibilityexportrecords.Theresultisalogically
closedcheckerarchitectureforcertifyingbenchmarkevidencewithoutpromotingbenchmarksuccess
intounsupportedcontinuumorphysicalclaims.
