A Letter to Human Fusion Researchers: Model Predictions and Candidate Correction Kernels

This memorandum does not reiterate publicly known bottlenecks in fusion research (ITG/TEM, pedestal, ELM, RMP, fast ions, divertor, tungsten, stellarator, ICF, etc.). Its core is a set of RED PREDICTION ITEMS (P2) derived from a novel structural model. These predictions are not based on any institution's internal data, nor are they copied from public conclusions. They are extrapolated from openly accessible physical parameters.

Each red prediction item is falsifiable. Your institution can verify them entirely within your own internal database. If any prediction is confirmed by your internal data, this memorandum holds substantial value. If none holds, please discard it directly.

This memorandum does not request any non-public data, nor does it ask for raw data to be sent back. It only provides candidate correction kernels and internal verification protocols. Recommended testing priorities are: ITG/TEM transition zone, pedestal/ELM critical window, divertor heat-flux width, fast-ion phase mismatch, RMP phase-locking window, tungsten source threshold amplification, etc.

Science does not punish skepticism. Science only rewards those who verify first.

本通报不重复聚变领域公开已知的技术瓶颈(ITG/TEM、台基、ELM、RMP、快离子、偏滤器、钨杂质、仿星器、ICF等)。其核心是一组源于新结构模型的红色预测项(P2),这些预测不依赖任何机构内部数据,也不从公开资料中抄袭结论,而是通过可公开获取的物理参数外推得出。

本通报不索取任何非公开数据,不要求回传原始数据,仅提供候选修正核与内部验证方法。验证优先级建议依次为:ITG/TEM过渡区、台基/ELM临界窗口、偏滤器热流宽度、快离子相位失配、RMP相位锁窗口、钨源阈值放大等。
