D3.1 Platform with integrated AI Powered Smart Engine.

MobiNexus is a Horizon Europe project that aims to strengthen collaboration between academia, research organisations, and industry to accelerate the development of innovative, user-centric mobility solutions. By bridging gaps across the knowledge triangle, the project supports the transition towards more sustainable, digital, and integrated mobility ecosystems.

This deliverable presents the assessment of skills gaps and development needs across the MobiNexus mobility innovation ecosystem. Based on stakeholder engagement and collaborative workshops, it identifies key competence gaps related to electrification, shared mobility, and autonomous transport systems. The findings provide an evidence-based foundation for the design of targeted training and capacity-building activities within the MobiNexus Entrepreneurship Academy.
