Description

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to develop a herbal body wash utilizing powdered extracts of Ocimum tenuiflorum (tulsi) and Azadirachta indica (neem). This composition strives to integrate botanical materials that are deeply rooted in traditional medicine practices with minimal side effects, as Ayurvedic cosmetics are becoming more and more popular due to their natural ingredients. Neem, which is well-known for its medicinal properties, is important. Its anti-inflammatory, antihyperglycemic, antimalarial, and antibacterial properties make it noteworthy. A comprehensive technique is used in the study to examine the effects of various extracts from neem leaves. Neem and Tulsi are used in the carefully made herbal soap, which shows particular effectiveness against dermatophytes while Tulsi has exceptional antiviral qualities. This study highlights the enormous potential of herbal formulations by illuminating the many advantages of neem and tulsi as well as their revolutionary uses in cosmetic products.
