Description
This thesis discusses the improvement of welding overlay hardfacing technology for crusher shafts. Crusher shafts operate under severe abrasive and impact loading conditions, which leads to rapid surface wear and reduced service life. Welding overlay is one of the most effective methods for restoring worn surfaces and increasing wear resistance. The thesis analyzes the importance of alloyed electrodes, flux-cored wires, multilayer hardfacing, and optimized welding parameters in improving the durability of crusher shafts.
