This archive contains the verification data, scripts, figures, tables, checksum manifest, and reproducibility logs for the manuscript “Boundary-Compatible Hopf Verification and Simulation for a Delayed Nonlocal Transport Model” submitted to Mathematics and Computers in Simulation.
The archive supports the boundary-compatible steady-profile audit, negative-control base-state audit, finite-grid Hopf certificate, Schur/collocation diagnostics, stable-mode Lyapunov-coefficient audit, IMEX center-projection consistency checks, and script-to-result reproducibility matrix reported in the manuscript.
The file SHA256SUMS.txt checks stable source files only. Therefore, running run_core_audit.py does not cause checksum mismatch due to regenerated logs or figures.
