EEG dataset and analysis code of yawn reflex during intravenous anesthesia induction
Authors/Creators
Description
This dataset contains raw 19-channel electroencephalography (EEG) data recorded during yawn reflexes under general anesthesia induction, together with the corresponding analytical source codes. The clinical study was performed at the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University. Ethical approval (No. [2025]2025-507-2) was obtained on 14 May 2025 from the institutional ethics committee. The dataset consists of original raw EEG files. The provided codes support comprehensive outcome analyses including time-frequency analysis and cross-frequency coupling, as well as relevant statistical computations. All patient identifiers have been fully de-identified to protect personal privacy. Released under an open-access license, this dataset is publicly available for reuse in anesthetic neurophysiology research.
