Pre-Registered Scoring Protocol

This protocol fixes, in advance and without reference to outcomes, the criteria by which the June 2026 dual-channel concordance forecast will be scored. Its purpose is to ensure that every subsequent claim of forecast skill rests on a definition of success that provably predates the events being scored. All thresholds, regions, windows, base rates, and the significance test below are frozen as of issuance.
