his record contains the first English peer-review edition of the NESMU / LUMEN scientific package.

NESMU is presented as an immune-state architecture framework for ex vivo immunological cell programming, high-dimensional cytometric state-reading, simulation-assisted falsifiability planning, and prospective experimental validation.

The package includes empirical state-architecture manuscripts, cytometric support materials, EBV biological persistence architecture, antigen/target architecture documents, respiratory succession materials, LUMEN portfolio materials, evidence tables, citation traceability, simulation traceability, and a prospective validation roadmap.

The strongest retrospective support concerns E4 dysfunctional persistence, effector-environment geometry, immune-state heterogeneity, and canonical pSTAT signaling availability. Other components, including E3 memory reserve, M/U separation, PTFD, Glyco-VIS, and route-guided ex vivo intervention workflows, are presented as partially supported or prospectively testable layers.

The simulation block is included as a planning and falsifiability tool. It does not constitute biological validation. Its purpose is to generate timestamped, reproducible, pre-experimental predictions that can later be compared against prospective D0-D14 ex vivo data.

This package does not claim clinical efficacy, diagnostic approval, therapeutic validation, GMP manufacturing compliance, dosing, direct patient intervention, infectious challenge procedures, or validated patient-level clinical prediction. It is intended for external methodological review, scientific traceability, reproducibility, and prospective validation planning.
