Operational Coherence Bound Prediction Engine (OCBPE)
Description
The Operational Coherence Bound Prediction Engine (OCBPE) is an autonomous, locally-run risk
intelligence system designed to monitor global threat domains in real time and generate structured,
evidence-based predictions before events occur. It applies a novel theoretical framework — the
Operational Coherence Bound (OCB) — to continuously assess how close each monitored domain is to
a critical threshold beyond which systemic disruption becomes probable.
OCBPE monitors nine global risk domains simultaneously: climate, seismic activity, conflict, pandemics,
food security, economic indicators, hurricanes, population displacement, and water stress. For each
domain, the system ingests data from authoritative international sources, computes an entropy-based
margin, detects cross-domain cascade patterns, and produces human-readable analytical reports — all
without reliance on cloud infrastructure or external AI services.
