Description

NeuroResilience-AI is a healthcare technology framework designed to safely integrate artificial intelligence into clinical workflows while maintaining the absolute authority and professional identity of human physicians (p. 1).
Core Mechanics
  • Subordinate Agent Framework: The AI operates strictly as an administrative and data-processing co-pilot, requiring explicit human validation (\(V_h = 1\)) for any final medical execution (pp. 1-2).
  • Vocal Biomarker Tracking: The system monitors the doctor's voice in real-time to calculate a continuous Cognitive Load Index (\(CLI\)) (pp. 2, 4).
  • Anti-Complacency UI: If the system detects high cognitive fatigue (\(CLI \geq 0.75\)), it automatically alters the user interface to block dangerous "one-click" blind approvals and forces manual review (pp. 4, 9).
