When Nations Follow Individuals: The Prior Art of Zero-Institutional AI Science

Nations pursuing AI-driven scientific acceleration are following methodologies already pioneered by independent individuals. Using the 16-year record of Yoshimitsu Katayama (TheYKHC), this paper demonstrates that the US Genesis Mission (2025), the Anthropic valuation reversal (2026), and related national AI programs are institutional codifications of individual prior art.
