Zero-Cost Scientific Observation System: IceCube GCN Detection to DOI Registration Pipeline
Description
A fully automated, zero-cost scientific observation pipeline developed by an independent researcher. Monitors IceCube GCN circulars, correlates neutrino events with financial markets, and auto-generates DOI-registered papers. Prior art for AI-driven scientific automation, predating the US Genesis Mission. CC BY 4.0.
