This release constitutes the third contribution in the Automated Intelligence publication series, as referenced in the Preamble (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20468027).

This package contains two distinct documents:

Segment 3A — Authorization Topology: An Explanatory Companion
An accessible companion that establishes the conceptual framework for understanding authorization topology through four structural anchor points drawn from unrelated domains. The examples illuminate structural properties derived independently of any analogy.

Segment 3B — The Authorization Topology Definition (v1, Locked)
The version-locked formal architectural topology definition, filed with the U.S. Copyright Office as The Missing Layer: Authorization Topology and the Open-Scope AI Problem (Registration No. 1-15144595061). This document constitutes the formal topology definition referenced throughout the publication series.

These documents are designed to be read in sequence. Segment 3A is the instructional companion to the formal specification in Segment 3B.
