oLogic: A Self-Contained Architecture for Quantum Creative Search – Prior Art Package
Authors/Creators
Description
oLogic is a self-contained, organically grown logical architecture for creative search. It begins with the Cat Principle—the constructor-theoretic statement that a single measurement cannot produce knowledge—and unfolds into 26 principles across 8 functional clusters. The core heuristics of Fragility, Emergence, and Economy are realized as a variational quantum circuit (the Fragility–Emergence Layer, FEL) and experimentally validated on a noisy quantum simulator. Ten principles are quantitatively confirmed, three show suggestive effects, and the remaining are classified as Protocol Ready or Theoretical. The architecture introduces the Excluded Fourth as an expansion of Aristotelian logic, providing a formal logical space for propositions that are neither true nor false as knowledge until reproducible correlations are established. The work includes complete, executable code, detailed experimental protocols, a ranked agenda of 12 open problems, and legal prior art statements for the protection of the intellectual property.
