Stochastic Metric Tensor ξ_ij for Ontological State Persistence in Quantum Systems

This preprint proposes a stochastic metric tensor ξ_ij within a modified Hamiltonian framework to describe the persistence of quantum potential states prior to wave function collapse. The model provides a formal mechanism for the quantum measurement problem.
