MICROBIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF ENZYMATIC ACTIVITY CHARACTERISTICS IN THE BACTERIAL SPECIES BACILLUS SAFENSIS
Description
This article discribes about the enzymatic properties of microorganisms and the experience of studying them, as well as the results obtained. Microbial β-glucosidases are very diverse in terms of genetic and enzymatic properties. Several microorganisms produce several β-glucosidases. β-δ-glucosidase activity was assayed by measuring the amount of p-nitrophenol released from p-nitrophenyl-β-δ-glucoside (PNPG) as a substrate. Some studies have been conducted on the isolation of new β-glucosidases from the genus Bacillus, which represent one of the most important groups of bacteria not only for the production of commercially valuable enzymes, but also for studying the mechanism of extracellular polymer secretion.
