This repository contains the files associated with the following article:

"Coupling Metagenomes with Ultrahigh-Resolution DOM Chemistry Reveals Shifts in Tropical Soil Carbon Cycling"

 

Version 1 contains the scripts and data for each figure shown in the article.

Version 2 contains the raw HRMS files obtained from dissolved organic matter samples extracted by solid-phase (SPE) and analyzed in an Orbitrap Elite (Thermo Fisher Scientific).
