TraCSS: Tract-Centred Compressed Spatial Statistics

Initial public development snapshot of TraCSS.

This pre-release includes the core tract-centred profiling package, synthetic phantoms, profile-edge feature extraction, graph-frame utilities, validation workflows, benchmark helpers, tests, examples, documentation, and Paper 1 analysis scaffolding.

This version is intended to provide a fixed, citable snapshot of the current implementation while validation analyses and manuscript development continue.
