Lessons Learned from Hosting a Frontier AI and LLM Tutorial Series for a Mixed Audience

To support DOE's Genesis Mission,  Brookhaven National Laboratory recently launched a new internal tutorial series on Frontier AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), focused on responsible and effective use of AI in various workflows. This
 series is designed for a mixed scientific and operational audience and covers topics ranging from the fundamentals of LLMs to AI agents. We will present the structure, topics and attendance of the tutorials, participant reactions and lessons learned for hosting the tutorials for a mixed audience.
