Dataset from paper entitled :"Caffeine enhances soleus motoneuron output and preserves torque during repetitive wide-pulse high-frequency stimulation"

Description

This dataset contains raw and processed data from a study investigating the effects of caffeine supplementation on neuromuscular function and motoneuron discharge behaviour during wide-pulse high-frequency neuromuscular electrical stimulation (WPHF NMES).

The Excel file includes four sheets: participant-level neuromuscular outcomes, repeated WPHF NMES train responses, motor unit discharge metrics derived from high-density electromyography, and paired motor unit ΔF analyses. Participants were assessed under caffeine and placebo conditions at three time points: pre, mid, and post.

This dataset is provided to support transparency, verification, and reuse of the findings reported in the associated manuscript.
