D1.1 Stakeholders' identification and needs

Description

The purpose of this document is to present the results of T1.1, “Stakeholders' definition, needs and board

implementation” that is part of WP1, “Gap Analysis and State of the Art”. WP1 started on M1 and will end in

M12.

This document contains:

  • An introduction to the topic of “Smart enforcement for road transport”, see Sect. 2
  • a description of the main stakeholders, the creation of the KEYSTONE stakeholders’ register, and the
  • analysis of the KEYSTONE survey, see Section. 3
  • The final remarks and the conclusion of the deliverable, see Sect. 4
  • The privacy policy for obtaining the explicit consent (GDPR compliant) from participants to be included
  • in a register, see Annex 1
  • The list of questions included in the survey see Annex 2. Finally, the work described in this document is linked to other tasks included in the KEYSTONE project.

This deliverable is expected to support:

  • T1.2 (WP1) at introducing the state of the art and the requirements for the KEYSTONE solutions, at identifying gaps between the different competing.
  • T1.3 (WP1) at analysing a of public and private electronic databases and exchange of information
  • platforms, at analysing the existing digital platforms against the current legislative framework.
  • T2.1 (WP2) at providing use cases, needs and requirements for developing the API reference model.
  • T3.2 (WP3) at providing use cases, needs and requirements for developing the app user interface, and providing users for testing activities.
  • T6.2 (WP6) at providing the list of stakeholders, external to the KEYSTONE project, to be engaged with.
