LauraGramolini/Worms: Gene expression profiling of two fish helminths throughout their complex life cycles. Are parasite's life stages genetically decoupled?

Most recent version of the code used for the analysis of 91 transcriptomes in the context on my PhD thesis on the evolution of complex life cycles. The study organisms are Schistocephalus solidus and Camallanus lacustris. The transcriptomes were sequenced and processed to answer questions about adaptation and decoupling hypothesis.
