Description
This IRISCC deliverable D9.2 presents the first report following the integration of the initial release (R1) Virtual Access (VA) services into the IRISCC Catalogue of Services (CoS). These services, contributed by participating European Research Infrastructures (RIs), make data, tools, and resources available through digital services supporting climate change risk assessment and response. They cover key domains including atmospheric observations, climate modelling, and aerosol analysis, and offer open-access platforms for both real-time and historical datasets. A full description of the VA services is provided in Deliverable D9.1 Report defining and describing R1 services.
The report presents usage tracking for the ten R1 services under Task 9.2 to support performance evaluation. It also includes an assessment conducted by the International Assessment Panel (IAP), highlighting service performance and overall scientific value. Usage tracking is implemented through the VA management system developed in WP8 and builds on best practices from previous projects.
