Artifact of the paper: Sufficiency in Data Centers: Energy Aware Resource Recommendation System

Comparec is a resource recommendation system that assists users with making more energy-aware decisions with their workloads in computing platforms. This artifact includes the source code, configuration files, experiment scripts, and datasets required to reproduce the main results presented in the Euro-Par 2026 paper "Sufficiency in Data Centers: Energy Aware Resource Recommendation System". It provides the complete workflow for workload processing, cluster recommendations, evaluation, and result generation. Instructions are provided to prepare the input data and run the experiments.
