Abstract–The development of argumentation and critical thinking skills is crucial for analytical reasoning and informed
decision-making, however, traditional training method often lack adaptive for personalisation and real-time support. The
Artificial Intelligence Driven Argumentation Training System for Critical Thinking Development presented in present
research were intended to improve argument quality and reasoning through intelligent feedback and automated review.
To evaluate arguments on the basis of clarity, logical flow, reasoning, and supporting evidence, the suggested system
combines transformer-based language analysis, rule-based score calibration, and feedback-driven coaching. In contrast to
conventional argument mining methods that prioritise classification, the framework offers customised recommendations
and progress monitoring for the enhancement.Thisframework provides a hybrid AI-driven tutoring framework that
effectively enhances critical thinking by combining skill development with argument evaluation.
