Description
This paper proposes a method "Infinity of ones and zeros" to retain fractional signal values such as 0.5,which current binary systems discard through rounding. By preserving intermediate signal states instead of forcing values to 0 or 1,the method reduces noise and improves precision in medical imaging ,surgery,and data transmission. The approach is illistrated with two diagrams showing signal loss in currant systems and signalretention in the proposed method. this preprint presents the core concept for time stamping and community feedback prior to journal submission.
