Description

Abstract

Communicative leadership has become a central factor in organizational success over the past decades. Through clear, open, and inclusive communication, leaders can foster engagement, strengthen collaboration, and contribute to increased effectiveness within teams and organizations. The purpose of this article is to highlight the importance of communicative leadership in four key organizational contexts: team effectiveness, organizational change, virtual teams, and crisis communication. The article is based on previous research and demonstrates that communicative leadership contributes to increased participation, a higher degree of employee autonomy, and a greater understanding of organizational goals and change processes. The findings also show that leadership communication plays a crucial role in building trust, reducing uncertainty, and strengthening organizational resilience during periods of change and crisis.
